Shipping Origins: All orders are meticulously packaged and shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
Express delivery areas: Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, USA, UK, Canada, and expanding worldwide.
Shipping logistics providers: DHL,UPS,FedEX,Wanb,EMS,SF Express,YunExpress,Yanwen,4PX.
We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...) and recent changes in U.S. tariff policies.
You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.

Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

You can find your tracking number in the email we sent, or in your user account if you registered with us.

Where Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order using 17track.net or the tracking link provided in the email.Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don't have.

The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden fees, no surprise invoices.
North America & United Kingdom

USA: Orders are shipped tax and duty-free. We cover any unexpected customs fees.

UK: All VAT and import duties (including ceramic-specific taxes) are prepaid by us.

Canada: We handle all GST/HST and clearance fees. No invoices from CBSA or couriers.
Asia-Pacific

Hong Kong & Macao: Enjoy hassle-free, duty-free delivery to these free ports.

Japan: We prepay the 10% Consumption Tax (JCT) and all processing fees.
