We provide specialized support for:
At ZAOA, our High-White Porcelain and Fine Bone China are fired at temperatures exceeding 1200°C. This process creates a non-porous, durable, and elegant finish designed to be a part of your home for years to come.
We are committed to providing tableware that is as safe as it is beautiful.
Heavy Metal Compliant: Our products are manufactured to be Lead-Free and Cadmium-Free, complying with international food safety standards for peace of mind.
Non-Toxic Materials: We use high-quality, natural mineral clays and food-grade glazes that do not leach chemicals into hot or cold foods.
Hygienic Finish: The high-temperature firing creates a smooth, glass-like surface that is easy to clean and resistant to bacteria buildup.
Dishwasher Use
Standard Collections: Most of our items are Dishwasher Safe. We recommend using a gentle, low-temperature cycle with a liquid or gel detergent. Avoid citrus-based cleaners (lemon/orange), as high acidity can dull the glaze over time.
IMPORTANT - Metallic Accents: Pieces with Gold, Silver, or Platinum trims are delicate. The high heat and chemicals in dishwashers will wear away these precious metal decorations. Hand wash only for all metallic-rimmed items to preserve their brilliance.
Hand Washing - Recommended
Avoid Scratches
Metal Warning: Items with Gold, Silver, or Platinum accents are NOT microwave or oven safe. Metal in a microwave can cause sparking, fire, and permanent damage to your tableware and appliance.
Thermal Shock: Avoid extreme temperature changes. Do not transfer a chilled dish directly from the refrigerator into a hot oven, as the sudden expansion may cause the ceramic to crack.
Before First Use: Give your new tableware a quick wash in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Lift, Don't Slide: When unstacking, always lift plates from the top. Never slide them across one another, as the unglazed base of one piece may scratch the smooth surface of the one below.
Check Regularly: For your safety, we recommend discontinuing the use of any item that becomes cracked or heavily chipped.
Preventing "Gray Marks": Grey marks appearing on your dinnerware are most often caused by flatware or other metal utensils leaving deposits on the surface. These can be easily removed with a baking soda paste or a ceramic cleaner to restore the original shine.
Stain Removal: For stubborn tea or coffee stains, soak the piece in warm water with a dash of baking soda or lemon juice for 20 minutes before washing.
Storage: When stacking plates, we suggest placing a soft liner or paper towel between each piece to prevent surface friction.
